Computer Repair and Troubleshooting
We use the latest scanning tools to determine the problem. Our technicians will completely inspect your system and make all necessary changes to bring it back to a normal working environment. We will trouble test all your existing hardware until we find the problem. We will notify you in advance and replace it upon your request.
Virus and Spyware Removal
Although there are literally thousands of Virus and Spyware traces that can be found on a system. It is up to you to protect your valuable information. We suggest using two of todays most popular spyware and adaware scanning tools that are readily available for download free of charge. SPYBOT AND ADAWARE, both these programs when used and configured properly can help you keep your system free of these malicious deviants. We also recommend using an adequate Anti Virus program such as McAfee Virus Scan or Norton Internet Security along with a properly configured firewall for added safety. As professionals that we are we also check your system thoroughly to include hidden sections that most don't even know exist. So you should feel confident that we will do our very best to bring you peace of mind.
Wired and Wireless Networking
Whether your choice is a wired or a wireless network let us configure it for you. We will plan out your networking needs from an idea to its inception. You just tell us what you need and we will do everything in between. Your network will be protected from outside intruders and perform as intended.
Hardware or Software
When diagnosing computer problems it is sometimes possible that the problem could be your hardware, software or a combination of both. We will make that determination back up your files (if necessary) and restore the application if so determined, or replace the faulty hardware upon your request.

We understand that not everyone is technically savvy enough to capture all computer terminology. Therefore, we will hold your hand and walk you down the isle if necessary, until you have a better understanding and can handle simple tasks such as saving a document in a specific folder or emailing multiple pictures.
